If you go on a drinking session with your friends, try to drink a glass of water between each alcoholic beverage. If this is something you can not or don’t want to do, try to drink a large glass of water before you go to sleep once you get home. Once you wake up, again drink another glass of water, you will need to begin getting your hydration levels back up.
